These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and WX999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at wx999.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, promotions and customer support.

WX999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform. The platform is designed to serve adult players who wish to engage with sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and other live sports — as well as casino products including live dealer tables, video slots, crash games and instant-win titles.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of location. However, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using WX999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under applicable federal and provincial law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Platform" means the WX999 website (wx999.cam), mobile interface and all related services provided by or on behalf of WX999.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins or other bonus-type value granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements and separate bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager with bonus funds before those funds or related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and verification process required by the Platform under applicable anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention obligations.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet or game stake placed using real-money Balance (not Bonus Funds) held in a Player's Account.
• "Applicable Law" means the laws, regulations and rules of the jurisdiction(s) relevant to the Player's access and the Platform's operation.
• "Restricted Territory" means any country, region or jurisdiction in which the Platform is explicitly prohibited from offering its services or in which the Player's participation is unlawful.

To be eligible to create and maintain a WX999 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory or in breach of any applicable law.
5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent or close family member of an employee of WX999 or any affiliated entity.
6. You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by WX999 for breach of these Terms.
7. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or trustee for any third party.

WX999 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Pakistani Users: Participation in online gambling may be restricted under Pakistani law. It is your responsibility to obtain independent legal advice as to whether your use of WX999 is lawful. WX999 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the WX999 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances or winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Country of residence
• A secure password of your choosing

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. WX999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

WX999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing obligations. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal and periodically thereafter.

Documents that may be required include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Valid government-issued ID — such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or similar document dated within the last 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy of the card, bank account statement or wallet screenshot used to deposit, to confirm ownership.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, WX999 may request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your Account.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request may result in withdrawal processing being paused and, in cases of extended non-compliance, Account closure in accordance with applicable AML obligations.

All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification and compliance purposes and are stored securely.

Deposits into your WX999 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. WX999 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to have been made via a third-party payment source will be reversed and the Account may be suspended.

Available deposit channels may include bank transfers, mobile wallet options and cryptocurrency. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are contextual references to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users only. None of these providers endorse, approve or are affiliated with gambling activities on this Platform.

Cryptocurrency deposits — including BTC and USDT — may be available. Crypto transactions are processed independently of the Pakistani banking and financial system and are subject to network confirmation times and applicable blockchain fees.

WX999 reserves the right to:

• Refuse any deposit at its discretion without obligation to state a reason.
• Impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction or per calendar period.
• Apply additional verification requirements to high-value or unusual deposit activity.

You may request a withdrawal of real-money Balance from your Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account has completed the required KYC verification process.
• There are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to your current Balance.
• The withdrawal destination is a payment method registered in your own name and matches your Account details.
• Your Account is in good standing and not subject to any pending investigation, restriction or suspension.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are set by the Platform and are subject to change. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to applicable network fees, which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount or stated separately at the time of request.

WX999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing is subject to the Platform's review queue, the verification status of your Account and the clearing procedures of the receiving institution or payment network.

WX999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusual in size, frequency or pattern. This may result in a temporary processing delay while verification is completed.

WX999 may offer various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a stated wagering requirement (e.g., "wager the bonus amount 20x before withdrawal"). Wagering multiples, qualifying games, and contribution rates by game type are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin credits expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per player, once per household, once per device or IP address.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are not available to players from Restricted Territories. WX999 reserves the right to exclude specific player segments from individual promotions.

All sports bets placed on WX999 are subject to the Platform's published Sportsbook Rules, which supplement these Terms. The following general principles apply to all wagers:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from the Platform. Quoted odds are subject to change until confirmation is issued.
• Odds Errors: WX999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. "Palpable error" includes odds that are significantly inconsistent with market pricing at the time of placement.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to the Platform's void/refund rules for that sport or competition. In-play bets on completed portions of an event may be settled differently.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply and are stated in the Sportsbook Rules. Winnings exceeding the published cap will be paid at the capped amount.
• In-Play Betting: Live betting markets are subject to rapid price changes. The Platform may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion. Bets accepted before suspension will be honoured unless subject to a palpable error.
• Minimum Stake: Minimum stake requirements apply per bet type and are displayed at the point of placement.

Key principles applicable to all casino products on WX999:

• RNG Certification: Software-driven (RNG) games use certified random number generators. RTP percentages are illustrative figures set by game studios and are not guaranteed per session.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during game play, WX999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle.
• Game Availability: Not all games may be available in all territories or at all times. WX999 may modify, add or remove game titles without prior notice.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Connection interruptions on the player's end do not automatically void a round. Where the outcome has been recorded by the dealer studio's server, that outcome stands.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

1. Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
2. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
3. Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
4. Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention tool.
5. Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud or chargebacks on legitimate deposits.
6. Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
7. Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
8. Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
9. Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing errors in a systematic and abusive manner.
10. Attempting to access or interfere with any other player's account or the Platform's systems.
11. Laundering funds through the Platform in breach of applicable AML law.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, WX999 may immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all pending and recent transactions deemed to be in breach, withhold or forfeit associated balances where legally permitted, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

WX999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach or suspected breach of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• The Platform ceasing to operate in a particular territory.
• Voluntary closure requested by the player.
• Self-exclusion exercised by the player under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the player, WX999 may retain funds in the Account as partial compensation for damages, subject to applicable law. Where an Account is closed for operational or non-breach reasons, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method.

Player-Initiated Closure: Players may close their Account at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with the Responsible Gambling Policy and may have a minimum period during which re-registration is not permitted.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gambling controls:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after a defined session duration and optionally be logged out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. WX999 will take commercially reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during an active self-exclusion period.

All content on the WX999 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, text, game assets, odds data, layout and user interface elements — is the property of WX999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing or publishing any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling Platform software.
• Using any automated system to scrape, index or extract odds, data or content from the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content without express written permission.

Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in Account closure and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WX999 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity arising in connection with your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform service due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events or circumstances beyond WX999's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game studios, payment providers or other service providers integrated into the Platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits WX999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, WX999's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WX999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Initial Complaint: Contact WX999 support in the first instance via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within the timeframe stated in our Help Centre.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at first instance, you may request escalation to a senior review team.
3. External Dispute Resolution: Where applicable under the operating licence, unresolved disputes may be referred to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. Details of any applicable ADR service are available on request.

Pakistani Users: WX999 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in relation to these Terms. Users access the Platform subject to the governing law stated above. This does not affect your rights under mandatory local consumer protection legislation where applicable.

WX999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated review date. For material changes affecting your existing rights, WX999 will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice — such as a platform notification or email — prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the amended Terms take effect.
